I had to turn in Unwind and picked up a new book called The War of The Looking Glass. From reading the back of the book it looked like this book is going to be full of fantasy, and adventure. Here is a link to the book, http://www.amazon.com/Looking-Glass-Wars-Foundlings-Tale/dp/0803731531
The story then begins with the main characters, Alyss', seventh birthday; Alyss is the princess of the Heart Kingdom of Wonderland. Alyss can control and create all sorts of wonderful and terrible things from her imagination. She loves to play tricks on people in the castle and always gets into trouble. Starting her seventh birthday she has to start classes to become more powerful with controlling her imagination. All seemed happy in the kingdom when the end of the chapter is a soldier being killed on the battlefield.
To answer your question I think this book is just a differnt view point on Lewis Carrols version of Alice in wonderland. I would love to have that kind of imagination in which we could create things just with our mind. Think of what good a person cand do. Though if it falls into the wrong hands it could be trouble.
